Prof. (Dr.) A.K. Srivastava, a renowned expert in Veterinary and Animal Sciences, assumed the position of Vice-Chancellor at DUVASU, Mathura, on June 4, 2022. An esteemed alumnus of this institution, he completed his graduation and post-graduation in Veterinary Pharmacology from the College of Veterinary Science, Mathura.He further pursued a Ph.D. from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, followed by a Post-Doctorate Fellowship at the Institute of Toxicology, Munich, Germany. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to veterinary science, he has been awarded the prestigious Doctor of Science (D.Sc. Honoris Causa) by DUVASU, Mathura, and NDVSU, Jabalpur.With his vast experience and dedication, Prof. Srivastava continues to inspire and lead advancements in veterinary education, research, and animal welfare.
