b. Governing Body (GB): –
This is the principal executive body of the institute and responsible for the governance and control of the affairs of the institute. This body has representations of the Executive Board Members, nominee of the affiliating university, nominee/ representation of a State Government.
c. Local Governing Council (LGC): – Board of Directors has appointed Local Governing Council to frame the policy.

d. Local Managing Committee (LMC): –
Local Managing Committee has been constituted. This committee consists of CEO, members from teaching staff, one member from non-teaching staff and Principal of the institute as a Managing Director. The committee works as per the guideline provided in by DUVASU, Mathura.

e. Staff Affairs Committee: –
The staff affairs committee has been constituted to review the staff structure, minimum qualifications and experiences, recruitment policies, recruitment procedure, suggestion for cadre revision, etc.
f. Building and Works Committee: –
This committee looks after all major construction works under direction of the governing body and minor works within grant placed at the disposal of the institute.
g. CEO / Principal: –
The local administration of the institute and the review of the work are monitored jointly by CEO and Managing Director/ Principal.
h. Academic Advisory Body: –
It is a high-level qualified body in which policy decision are make relating to improving the academic standard, new courses, expansion and diversification, new establishment, additional infrastructure, joint venture and collaboration etc. It is a body with high profile people from the industry, education and trade who meet once in six months to give direction to the institute.
